We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must have a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns for size-related issues, as we provide a detailed size chart for accurate selection. Choosing the wrong size due to not referring to the chart is considered customer negligence, and we are unable to process such returns. Since returns involve additional costs, we focus on keeping our prices as fair and affordable as possible for all customers.
Your item must also be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work on a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or product is to place a new order separately after your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
